“Hive Series” 1 through 7 2008
The Hives are a series of sculpture made by Francis Muscat and Fly Freeman in collaboration. They are all constructions of glass and stone – some more dense with stone, others allow the light to dance in large areas of glass. All the structures are pierced by passages and voids within the encompassing shape.
